We ship all orders from Belgium using reliable shipping partners. Available shipping methods, delivery times and costs are shown at checkout and depend on your delivery country.
Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary during busy periods or due to external factors. One80 Boardshop cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.
๐ Returns
Right of withdrawal (EU)
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without stating a reason, in accordance with EU consumer law.
Returned items must:
- Be unused, unworn and unwashed
- Be in their original condition and packaging
- Include all original labels and accessories
Items that show signs of use, damage or incomplete packaging may be refused or partially refunded.

- All return shipping costs are always at the expense of the customer.
- One80 Boardshop does not offer free returns.
- Returns must be requested via our return portal.
- Returns sent without prior request may be refused.

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 days.
- Regular-priced items: refunded via the original payment method.
- Discounted or sale items: refunded exclusively as store credit.
Store credit has no expiration date, can be used on future purchases, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to improper use
- Items returned outside the legal return period
๐ฆ Responsibility & risk
Returned items remain the responsibility of the customer until they arrive at our warehouse. We strongly recommend using the return label provided via our return portal to ensure proper tracking.
